rush baffle set 152515

Received new set baffles for my new 15305 mufflers, I know these are the new style,not like the baffles that where in the mufflers because i had to drive them out very tight. the new baffle is pretty loose on the out flow end where bolt and nut is. Is this right this end being loose as it is. When bolted down there is air gap at top of baffle. There is a # on box MS/SM 01 2012. There is number on muffler box 15305-150 plus another # LHJK 02/04 would this be the problem with the loose fit on out flow end where bolt and nut is?

Thanks for choosing Rush. Our new design is not as tight as the older design. This makes it easier to remove and install the baffles. The gap should be very small and there should be no rattling when the bike is running. If you could get a picture to me I'll let you know if it's acceptable.
