Stopped in my local dealership last night on the way home. They had a black/gold 2015 CVO SG on the floor that is just spec-friggin-tacular...
My '12 is basically done, which means I'm bored with it, but also don't need to upgrade. Just over 20k miles in 3 years, invested CVO-money in accessories (should have bought the '12 CVO in retrospect).
I'm sure I'll take a bath on the trade (won't try to sell it myself, it's not worth the hassle), maybe keep a few goodies to re-sell.
Completely different machine than my '12, black and blacked out vs. the blue/chrome I've got going on now... Bought my last 3 bikes from the same guy, but the dealership has changed hands since the last one. Guess I'll find out how loyalty gets treated there to start. Have a number in my head, hoping they'll provide the lube.
I have a fondness for CVO SGs so I say go for it.. since I'm not paying :-) Actually, I am really glad I got my 2010 CVO SG. I looked at the new ones and really liked the black and gold but can't justify getting a new one. One thing I did not like was the fuel cap on one side only. Looks unfinished to me. Just my 2 cents.
I've read there were some paint issues on the black ones. I can't say I saw anything wrong with the one I looked at, other than fingerprints, but trust me, for this kind of money I'll be going over it with a fine toothed comb.

Does your 2010 have the fuel gauge on the left side of the tank.
My 2012 looks like it has 2 filler's on the tank. One is the filler and the other is the ghost fuel gauge.
Picked up a hard candy mercury this past December. The black is a sweet color as well. Was at my dealer this past weekend and they had 2 blacks in stock. Hope they can get you the numbers your looking for. You will love it! So far I only love looking at it! This freakin snow and cold doesn't seem like it will ever end!
Based on the picture, I think I saw your bike at High Octane HD in Billerica? Beautiful.
I'm also dealing with HO, if you wouldn't mind sharing how you made out with them via PM, that would be great. I purchased 3 bikes from them since 2007, same sales guy too. But all my purchases were technically from Kelly's not HO..
I'm meeting with them Thursday am.
This has been a horrific winter to have a new m/c staring at you in the garage.
