Yes I have, and so have several others. My signature shows, but I had Fuel Moto do a little FM magic to my 110.
Installed TW 777 cams, mild port and polished head work resulting in 10.3 compression, 2-1-2 FM header, E Series exhaust, PV-2 tuner which woke it up considerably. Others have done the 113" build by Fuel Moto and have extremely nice results as well.
My numbers are 110 hp and 126 tq. Currently looking for a better breathing AC vs Stock for without it my numbers go to 113 and 129.
I found Little Chute WI. to be pleasant drive and well worth the trip and you wont find a better group of people.

No, no need to unless you start going to the 113" build.
I would think, bigger cams, bigger ports, exhaust and mufflers would justify the 58mm t-body. At least that's what I getting told by the local motor builder here!

Contact Jamie at Fuel Moto and ask him about his builds..
Yup several times. Current one is now a 113" A 58mm may or may not be needed. If you do a new TB I would definitely buy an HPI. The injector size is also important.
Kury 24D cam is a bell-ringer in a 110".
A Wood 8 works well also.........in our 113"s 130/130 is very common.
The OEM 50mm t/body on those 110" engine has an intake manifold diameter MUCH smaller than the 1.750" port I.D. on the 110" cylinder head casting, and actually pinches the air flow substancially.
An 58mm S&S Throttle Hog is what we reach for with the TBW bikes.
