Here in NC they are sticking to retail, some dealers still above retail. Very little inventory at most dealers on CVOs. One of the largest dealers just received a CVO Limited and it's the first CVO they have had in months that wasn’t sold when it arrived. I would think most deals as deep as what you are looking for might happen late August or later if there is any inventory left.

I purchased my 2018 CVO Limited before it was delivered for MSRP and got it last week. They gave me decent value on my trade-in. The dealer has a Black Earth / Vivid Black Road Glide CVO and 2 CVO Street Glides, Dark Alloy / Black Denim and the other Orange Lava / Black Denim. They have been there a while.
