i have a 2012 flhtcuse7 110 . The bike is all stock. I bought this bike last august with 8k on it from a dealer in Pa. I also bought the HD 5 yr extended warranty. I want to have some slipons put on maybe out in sturgis next yr. Im pretty sure that wont void the warranty but i keep reading horror stories. From what I know slip on wont void it sine no retune is needed or anything. I was looking at RCX, V&H, or reinhart. Not sure which yet. I had reinhart 3 inch on my 2008 ultra with dresser duals. I know i cant change the header on this bike without all the warranty issues. I ought the extended warranty due to the failure rate of the 110 etc. I just dont want to mess that up.
I recently replaced the sceamin eagle mufllers with 4" rineharts. I like it, not loud, sounds good!

Thanks,
I'm aware of the good bad and ugly on the 110 , that's why i got the 5 yr extended warranty and don't want to jeopardize that. just wanted to add some slip on and/or see if anyone else had some on there 110's without voiding any extended warranty.
To get an answer ask your local HD Dealer. And I cant see slip ons voiding your warranty its not a retune just a louder muffler. I have had slip ons for the past 5 years and no issues. But dont take it from a forum member ask the dealer.

Also, spend some time and learn all about the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly regarding the CVOs/110" Motors on CVOHARLEY Forum.
Congrats!

A set of S&S standard lifters will go a long way towards engine longevity. I installed a set of Freedom Performance True Duals to cool off the right side of my bike. A set of Fullsac baffles and a TTS tuner will wake up that 110". Hope this helps.

I put Thunder Cones on my 110 FLHTCUSE4, 2009 CVO (in 2008 off the showroom floor) and replaced the header with one from a 96 CI that did not have the CAT and the sound was awesome. I had the same dealer add and tune the SERT. After 52,000 miles I spun a bearing and had a complete rebuild, everything the engine oil touched was replaced and they even upgraded the Oil Pump to a high pressure one. All done entirely under warranty! I had a few minor issues all resolved under warranty and all performed at Bruce Rossmeyer's in Ormond Beach. A few months ago I traded that 09 CVO in with over 93,000 miles and bought a 2018 FLHTKSEANV.
I'm sorry if your dealer gives you smoke about your warranty, my dealer honors mine without question.
most of the horror stories on warranty are on the newer bikes that the epa has really tightened the screws on. on the older bikes, exhaust change (including header), tune, and ac don't typically result in warranty denial. of course, ymmv depending on your dealer.
