I did the Fullsac CVO power cores, didn't care for it at all. Not worth the $, in my opinion.
Bassani DNT slipons sounded much better, even with the stock header.

I have run the Fullsac baffles on my 12 SERG, my 13 SERK, my 15 SERGU, my 17 SESG and now my 18 SERG.

Still have the 13 SERK, its making 138.5 hp and 140 torque. The fullsac baffles sound great. make good low end torque also.

My 18 has the Fullsac baffles to. Quiet on the interstate, but bark when you get on it.

So those of you running them in the 18 CVOs - are you using the $199 OEM kit or the $149 CVO kit?

I also have the Stage 3 kit and went with the high flow exhaust, so the cat is in the muffler not the head pipe. Any idea if the fullsac cores work with mufflers that have the cat in them?

The OEM kit is for non CVO bikes to run the baffles.

The CVO kit is for CVO's.

I am running the CVO kit on both my CVO bikes, with the 2.25 baffle, and the techmat blanket kit.

The best performance is actually the 1.75 baffle, it produces more toque down low, and on a stock bikes doesn't give anything up on the top end.

I prefer the sound of the 2.25, and on my 13 I really need it, as it is a very built motor.

I have a 18 CVO Street glide and I put the 2.25" Fullsac CVO powercores with the tech mat and screens in.
For sure sounds better than stock. I took the factory baffles out and did a couple of short rides while I was waiting for my new baffles to come in. Way to loud without baffles. but I will be getting the Fullsac header over the winter to get a happy medium plus maybe a little more power.

Here is what I got with the 2.25 baffles, the Fullsac MX head pipe and a good dyno tune

Those are very nice numbers, I'd be happy with that, for just those few of mods..
What kind of tuning did you go with?
Thanks, Bill

Not Dave, But I would bet my life on it that Dave used the best Turner bar none. TTS Mastertune Turner!

In my opinion, the TTS Master Tune is the only option. Been using it on all my bikes since 2009. It's the most capable tuner on the market.

So Yellowbird is 100% correct
