Knowing that the Factory 117" vs a Stage SE 117" Stage lll kit is different, I can share what the WM8-222 cam does for the Stage lll 117" kit.
This is with a modified SE A/C as the picture will show you. My A/C unit is the factory backing plate using a K&N filter HD-9010, modified cover part # 30074-09 with the top and bottom tabs removed for more element exposure.
Jamie ran my bike on the dyno w/o an A/C unit and it provided another 4 HP & 1 TQ which may be the case with the New FM A/C Unit.

The bike already had the FM 2-1-2 head pipe and PV-2 prior to the cam upgrade

So those first numbers of 115hp and 123 tq was just a header, ac and tune?

Yes. Using the SE-498 Cam which is part of the Stage lll done at dealership. Jamie then provided me with a map for my PV-2 when I installed the header, which I ran for a year and half before having the cam installed and dynoned.
I know the cam in a stock 117" is not the same as either Stage lll or lV kit so not sure what you're gains would be by just doing header and tune.
Not sure what bike you have but here is a FM dyno of before and after just changing out head pipe and proper dyno tune.
Also I like the look and sound of the Screamin Eagle slip-ons, was willing to change them out for additional gains but Jamie said they were certainly not holding the motor back in any way. Will a different slip-on add gains????

.468 Red Shift is what we've used in 117" M8's.
115 hp, and 138 ft/lbs, with peak torque occurring at 3000.

Thank you sir, what tuner, exhaust etc was used for those numbers? Did that start from a stock cvo 117 or is that a 117 kit?

Are you asking about just doing a cam, or a cam with head work, or throttle body, or big bore?

No sir, just a drop in cam, adjustable push rods and lifters, I guess that would just be the average cam job
