I have 33,000+ on my '13 CVO Ultra and it runs like new.
I had the lifters replaced as a preventative measure after hearing some horror stories.
Due to some illness and the fact that I bought a new Tri-Glide last year I haven't ridden the CVO lately but I plan to alternate between the two machines next season.

My crank took a dump at just over 49k. I thought I had addressed all of the 110 shortcomings. Just got it back together a week ago. Put a man o war crank from darkhorse in. I hope to get at least another 50k out of it now before I have to go in again. Can you define "blew up", is it fubar or is it salvageable? There's alot that can be fixed...with alot of money of course. Let us know what is going on with it.

Man, when I read that I busted out laughing. My wife was like WTF. No harm intended, actually thank you as I love laughing.

In any event, I can't really add value to the thread Cuz I have aTC 88, but, I've beaten the **** out of mine for 42,000 miles. Little oil seeping out of the corners of each head, I'll be surprised if it lasts 50,000.
Woods TW6 cams installed 600 miles ago, thus that will help me blow it up soon.
RPM turned down though to save it a bit, I won't spin it more than 5250.

GL with the new build, I'm lookin forward to breaking mine and getting the most out of my stock crank (unless it twists)
98 cubes I think stock bottom end can handle, along with those cams, stock fuel injection etc

yea , there's a lot of missing info in that post ...many here are running 110's and most with 25-35000 miles ...it not the build that JUST BLOWS UP ...it how the bike is rode , maintained ...etc.!!!
good luck with this post ...as this info is not helpful to anyone !!!

The road king is my road bike. I have a chopper and an 02 road king for bar hoppers. My 02 has 80,000 miles on it, so I don’t think it is my riding. The crank is so bad it ruined a new Baker comp. I bought a 124 s and s from fuel moto. I love the new motor, it is bad ***. The old motor is in a box in the bed of my truck, I’ll unload it tomorrow.

My 2016 CVO Limited dropped a lifter at 27500, literally one day before my 3 year ESP expired. Scarred half the case, ESP figured it was cheaper to replace half the case and all the innards rather than put in a new motor. 6000+ dollars filed but I only paid $50. They put in the same SE model lifter that failed so I figure a free new rebuild in 2.5-2.95 years is my future but since it's their dime, who cares? I just want it to fail at the end of riding season and not in the middle of it.

I re-upped for 3 more years since that one instance more than paid for the 6 years of ESP. It's the only problem I've had - so far.
