New to me (October) '14 CVO Ultra Limited. 40,000 miles. Went for a ride today since it hit 60 here and when I stopped, one of my brothers noticed my saddlebag LED's were on after I shut the bike off. Came back an hour later and they were still on. Rode the bike home and parked it. When I got off, the saddlebags and tour pak were both locked and the LED's were on. I pushed the unlock button on my key and it sounded like the motors were trying to unlock the bags and tour pak, but they wouldn't unlock. No matter what I tried in the very limited time I had to diagnose didn't work. I left it in the garage with the LED's illuminated and the motors still trying to unlock the bags and tour pak. I did put the battery maintainer on it so I wouldn't completely kill the battery.
Known issue? Any ideas that I might try before I have to take it to the stealership?
If the lights are still on you may want to either connect a battery tender or disconnect the ground cable to your battery to make sure the lights are out and you're not draining your battery.
Update: This morning, when I got off work, I disconnected the negative battery lead. (sidenote: Disarm your security system BEFORE attempting this. Ask me how I know! The neighbors were not thrilled about this at 6:30 in the morning!) After re-connecting the negative lead, there was no change. When I got up this afternoon, the lights were still on, but the bags and tour pak unlocked. A trip to the stealership proved little help, as all the techs are still on winter hours and have Mondays off. The service writer was there and we discussed for a little while and the thought is that there may be a bad relay in the system. So, I know what I'm doing tomorrow morning when I go home. Hope this is it and I can get this fixed quickly and relatively cheaply..
FIXED! Relays were indeed corroded and dirty. The set of 3 relays are under the R/H sidecover under the ABS module. I pulled all 3 relays, brass wire brushed the contacts, the receptacles, and brushed dielectric grease on them and re-installed. Everything now works as it should. Total cost of repair: a little of my time and consumables I had on the shelf. Finally, a repair that went my way!

Thanks for sharing this. Glad you figured it out and was an easy fix. Enjoy the bike!
Way to go and thanks for reporting back. Give us some ammo in case this should happen to us. In fact since riding is a bit slow might get mine pulled out, brushed off and a bit of dielectric dabbed on
