Hello! My wife had a 14 cvo deluxe that harley seems not to make heated grips for. The handle bars are thinner and as such regular gross don't fit far as I know. She needs heated grips. What's the best path? Anything available besides changing the handle bars? Thx.

shes better off getting heated gloves. Work better and much more reliable.
Thats really weird. Im not sure how the oem grips HD offers wouldnt fit a set of all oem bars. I cant see them making bars you cant run standard grips on. Id think all the rushmores would have the same diameter bars and grips. Id double check parts numbers with Ronnies page on grips before writing off oem heated grips and confirm there is truly only one grip for that bike and it doesnt swap with others. I went with airstreams on my 16 bagger and like em. Should be an easy install on your stock bars.
I can tell you heated gloves are good till about high 50s. After that you need both if you really want your hands comfortable.

Not sure what heated gloves you use. I've used heated gloves all the way down to 12 degrees and they have kept my hands warm with upping the controller setting. I plug them inline with my jacket.
Try Heat Demon grip heaters. They are a aftermarket brand that work great.I have used them & Harley heated grips in the past and they are as good if not better than what Harley sells.
Heated gloves or heated liners heat the whole hand grips do not. Depends on how cold of weather you ride in. Look here "This part fits your 2014 Softail Deluxe."
I love my heated grips. Ride with temps down to 55 with summer gloves. Winter gloves down to about 45. Then when colder add my heated gloves. Have rode in in 9 degree weather, comfortable.
Avon just came out with a set of heated grips that should work. They come with their own harness and switch so you can run the wires on the outside of the bars.

glad to see you on the forum again i hope your medical procedures are successful and done.
But i am afraid they messed up your memory if you think you are comfortable at 9 degrees on your bike!!
