I would like to buy a 2012 Softail cvo convertible 110 cubic inch motorbike.
I have a question. Does it have canbus system or not?
What is your opinion about it?
If I want to change the rare light to European version, means have to change 3 in1 indicator is it compicated or not?
They should.
The canbus is a very efficient way to control many things with only two data lines. This removes tons of wiring from the bike that would otherwise had been needed.
I don't know about the light assembly but I would look at pin layouts and what each pin is for and do a wiring match.

Only has problems if you don't understand it and or alter it without doing it properly
or if you wash your bike and don't wrap the handcontrol switches to do so... most common source of heartache around here
theres even ***** specializing on stealing those now - the small PCBs that go in there cost a fortune and failures are abundant (due to washing). they cut the cables, remove the control housings and grips and walk away. 5 minute job.
but agree, if you know what it is and take proper care of it it should work well... i have 2 bikes with the system, one was already pestering me (high beam would engage but not disengage), fixed it by opening that thing and carefully cleaning it (and stoped watering it completely )
had I ignored the issue it would fail and set me back some serious $$$
(yeah i know it costs $150 or so in the USA but reality in Brazil is very different).
