I’ve had the 2.25 Fullsac baffles on my 2021 CVO Limited for 13,000 miles. Power is good, sound is good. No recalibration.

I put the 2.5” on my 2019 CVO Limited. I have about 10000 miles on them now. No regrets, I love them.

I just put the 2.25 on my 21 CVO and it still sounds somewhat tame. Only have 100 miles on them so I am hoping that it gets better soon. Did you all do the Techmat blanket kit as well or jus the baffles? Thinking of removing the techmat to see if it sounds better. I did email Fullsac and they said to remove the stock cat

I ran mine with no matting at all for a bit but felt like I was getting some popping so ended up going with the screens and mats. I wish things were a bit louder but I think with a cat there is only so much that can be done

Run them for a while, they get louder. Maybe not so much at idle but definitely when you wind the bike up.

Removing the cat makes minimal difference in volume, tone is a little different but volume is minimal.

They get louder with time, no cat also helps. Adding compression to the engine really wakes them up.
