Just taking a shot. I had a similar issue; try upgrading to a high speed USB cord for you bike to phone connection. It resolved the issue for me.
I'll look into that when I pick the bike up from winter storage.
I'm not sure if that would be the issue because I put the phone in a RAM wireless charger and it's wired into the cigarette lighter adapter in the fairing.
If I recall correctly I even turned the phone off to see if there was any Bluetooth interference and I believe it's still continued so I'm ruling out the phone
I had similar problems with my 2020 Limited, and with my current CVO. I’m hoping to get the damn thing figured out so I can enjoy using it. I put the high def speakers in my 30k and bought the HD Sena 50s for my wife. The GTS CarPlay music and the intercom sound great- until it glitches. I’ve spent a lot of time fiddling with pushing buttons on the headsets and the on the bike out on rides to the point where I finally shut the whole thing off so I can at least enjoy the ride.
