My guess, you cant bill the CVO ST as the ultimate performance bagger, if you govern it to 100 mph, so no street glide. Looks like this is to have higher performance than the CVO Road Glide due to more weight reduction, and remit reservoir rear shock, no passenger seat, or foot pegs. Look at front rotors, very performance oriented bike.
Barnes Harley Davidson (in Canada) shows 2024 Street Glide and Road Glide Specials are in transport on their web site. No details as far as pricing or engine size are shown.

Doesn't make sense that the heavier bikes with the tour-pak and lower fairings would come with the smaller motor.
