I'm not really vertically challenged @ 5'11". I just want my bars up higher.
Some guys have put spacers under the risers to get them up 1.5 maybe 2. Just something Ive seen in a cvo st group on FB, its not personal experience.
This dealership has had this bike for at least 11 days based on your original post. The only time I've ever had this kind of issue was on a brand new RGL purchased at York HD. They put it on the showroom floor before they received the certificate of origin from Harley. I leaned on them and in basically 3 days I was able to get the bike titled and registered. I would ask the sales manager if there is a problem with a previous lien (only thing I can think of that would delay the process by this much). Good luck, you should not have to wait this long after purchasing a bike.
I was told the state released the tile. As of yesterday I haven't heard anything. Lost in the mail..... never processed..... I don't know. I am heading to the dealership today to pick up some accessories I ordered for it. Hopefully some day I will have a bike to install them on. Lol!
Title is in! Next week the bike will be in my garage. Gonna be crazy @ work early next week so hopefully, if not Thursday, Friday for sure.
I have about $1500.00 worth of accessories sitting there as well. Matching bag support bars to match the front, some Custom Dynamics stuff, windshield, you know, the usual stuff.
I need to figure out what to do with the exhaust. Way too quiet....
And get the reflectors off of the front forks...
I will post pics when I pick it up.

What's the easiest way to raise the bars up about 2"? I gotta check and see if someone makes some +2" risers and hopefully I won't need longer wires.
Ive ridden an ST a couple of times, but have not purchased one. For me the bars are low compared to what I am used to, but the wrist angle is very uncomfortable. If I were buying an ST I would swap out the bars and risers for the set up that comes on the non-ST CVO models.
Not the easiest way to get taller bars, but it would give me the comfortable wrist angle that I would need.
I'm going to pick it up Friday morning. I will be there before the doors open. 1.5 hour ride home and onto the table lift she goes. Custom Dynamics lights, plate bracket, rear crash bars, bag liners, and swap a few parts over from the 2019 RGS. Then hit the highway again.
