Took my bike in last week to get the "enhancement" work. The back was staring to leak. Had my jugs and heads sent to Diamond-Heads to have them cut. Stopped by yesterday and was told the heads have make it to Vegas. Hope to have it back by Christmas. Sure is a sad site sitting in the shop.
After a long wait she's back home. They broke my Ness air filter so I running the stock cover until a new on gets in. The smaller cover will show more of the right side. I happy but it don't stand out like it does on my Road King. Total cost including cutting the bridges was $535.
New Ness bracket in and installed. It differs in design from the old one. They must have been breaking. Did find out there is a difference 08 up. Seems in 08 they went to 50mm intake.
Had mine done last year when the rear head gasket was leaking. Discovered the cylinder liner was the problem! Replace the cylinders with 117 ci Axtell's. I replaced the stock a/c cover but just discovered I haven't taken a picture of it.
Make sure to see the enhancement in person first, it is ALOT more of a dramatic effect in person than in a photo. Some folks LOVE it, others not so much. I fell into the not so much category, had the chance to see it first in person before sending my cyl's and heads out so it worked out for me.

Unfortunately, I've seen a whole lot of bikes with the Diamond-Head treatment...and I really like it, PLUS the fact that it does keep the engine a bit cooler! Nuts...more $ out the door.
How do you like the 103 stage III (251 cam) motor? That's what I am having built up in my '09 UC in a month or so. Good power through the normal power band (2000 - 4000 rpm)?
