Harley wont release the paint codes for the CVO models. I tried with my local dealer who is a friend of mine. You cant even buy paint to repaint a damaged part. I have a CVO with electric orange with the gold luminous color.
I had a friend of mine who paints cars and bikes take my fender to a custom color shop and they matched it pretty close but not exact.
I f you want the part to match I think you have to return the damaged part to a H-D dealer and they will order you a new one at a hefty price.
Good luck

If you want something painted call Jeff Thiesen at GC Paint. He painted a custom chin spoiler for my 09 cvo FB. Perfect match. I went through the same thing and got lucky finding Gunslinger customs. They are great to work with. The paint Harley uses for the CVO's is Sherwin Williams planet color but you will not get any information on any of the paint codes. Trust me it doesnt matter who you know! I have a good friend at Sherwin W. and he could not find out. These are highly guarded secrets for some reason. Also one more thing to note is that even if you did have the paint code some of these colors have multiple coats of paint and clears with metalics and to get the paint process right is just as hard as finding the paint codes. Any way here is the information for anybody that wants their CVO painted the right color.

I work for a local paint shop north of Houston and we have excellent luck matching and blending the crazy stuff that is Harley tri-coats. Here's a little treat for you guys I just found. There is no such thing as 137 Infinite Orange, it ended up being Electric Orange.
