I am considering buying a 2004 or 2005 Screaming Eagle Electra Glide.
Both years appear to be the same except for colors.
Can anyone that owns or has owned one of these bikes reply on pluses and minuses.
Thanks,
Charlie

I have an 05 and like it. The only downside is that the front/rear is lowered 1" and ride rougher than a std Eglide but they handle great.
Most people put on the progressive 440 rear shocks and the ride quality improves. The main difference between the 04 to 05's is that the 05's have a little better seat, chopped tourpack, and the fairing lowers have closeable vents. The only thing you have to watch out for on the 04's is that the 3 spoke wheels had a lot of peeling chrome problems and were replaced under warranty. The 05's have a 5 spoke wheel.
