Default 110 horsepower after upgrades

Put on Sampson Silver Bullet slip-ons, Heavy Breather A.C., Screamin' Eagle Race Tuner on my 2011 CVO 110 Roadglide and had it dyno tuned. Came up with 90 h.p. @3500 r.p.m. Is that good? I was expecting more, bike runs excellent, has no decel pop like before and sounds better even at idle, (sounds like a Harley again) just thought with a 110 it should have more h.p. with the upgrades. What do you think?

You need more compression and bigger cams if you want to break 100 rear wheel horse power.

A buddy's CVO with v&h power duals, monster rounds, and pc-v made 105hp and 126tq.

Those numbers are not possible on a mostly stock CVO on dyno's that my bikes have been on.

They can doctor numbers if they want you to feel good but real world numbers are closer to 90/100 without compression and cams.

My 106 has 107 hp and 115 tq. To get that see my sig.
Even in a 110 you will need more than the stock cams to break the 100 square plateau.
Those slip ons aren't doing you any favours. They sound good but do nothing for power.
A 2 into 1 pipe will get you to the 100 hp mark

Thinking about going to a Vance & Hinze HO, 2 into 1 big shot, wonder if I would have to dyno tune again? After asking questions you are right about the compression and cam, but what size cam? stock is a 255, and what compression ratio am I looking for. Dont ask me why, but I MUST break 100 H.P. !

108/123 here depending on the humidity and how good my tank of gas is... but you guys know what that I'm a tuning nutcase. The supremo 1 HP to 1 CI is tough to get.

Yes, I have lift and squish.

That's about right with what you have.

Try thinner head gaskets to raise compression slightly.....but you shouldn't have to...cams and a good tune should do the trick.

Russ Inglis, of LoneWolf Performance, Vancouver Island, recently tuned one of our CVO 110" builds, with a Wood 777.
116/126 STD, with OEM t/body, and Fullsac exhaust.
Just relesed one to a client from Binghamton, NY,.

Bored to 113"
Wood 9F
Our Stage III Heads
58mm HPI t/body
Had a V&H HO pipe
130 hp, 129 ft/lbs..........in a Dyna.
