No, I haven't tried the relocation bracket yet. I have only had the bike a month and only have put 2400 miles on it so far. I really don't like the idea of moving the weight out back any further as it seems to mess with the handling to me. I think if the backrest is changed to a non-lumbar model it will be a lot better.

Hell yes its worth it!
Once you have a CVO you'll probably never go back.

As for momma. Relocate the tour trunk, I went with George Anderson Tour Trunk Relocator $180. Momma's very happy now.

She had same issues with lumbar and it's adjustable from inside the trunk as well as the out side. But the trunk relocated made it perfect for her.

IMHO..... You should not have to change the seat on a $35K+ bike just to make it comfortable to ride! With that said I am currently on an 09 Electra glide ultra and am waiting to see what's new in the 2013 CVO lineup and if needed I will change the seat so she is comfortable.

Evidently, we have the same taste!
Question...I noticed in your picture there were no antenna. Did you buy the "inside the fairing" one; and if so, does it work as well?

I'm the second owner of this bike. The previous owner had a hidden antenna installed inside the front fairing. Best I can tell it seems to pull in the stations as well as the whip antenna did on my previous bike. Hard to say for sure though since I listen to cd's and the ipod most of the time.

Well the new ride Ultra 2012 CVO is an awesome machine. Installed the george Anderson tour pack relocator and it gave the wife plenty of room. The only thing I do not like is the heat on the right side is excessive compared to the 07 I had. Other than that there is very little missing as far as comfort, even the stock seat is good. Doing the 1k service this coming weekend then leaving on the 25th for Cape Breton and the Cabot Trail 2 weeks on an awesome bike. Sometimes life is good.

I'm waiting for the CVO transformer model.....You know the one where you just push a button and the handle bars, seat, and foot position change to fit me perfectly.

When you figure out how to build a 35,000 bike that fits everyone perfectly from 6'5 300 lbs to 5'6 140 lbs contact the MoCo with your idea it would be worth millions....No wait, don't do it. They would have you killed for wiping out their huge after market parts system !

I have a deposit on an Anniversary Ultra Limited but with the color being so ugly (net pics) my wife has me think about a S/E Ultra in Typhoon Red or Tribal Orange (she likes the Red of course).

The local dealer has one Typhoon (supposedly) coming in this coming week but I ain't 100% sure that I want to spend that much money on a bike right now.

Additionally, I stilll need to sell (dealer won't give squat for a trade-in) my 2000 Ultra but I could hold on to it for a while to try to get a fair price out of it.
I tend to keep bikes a long time and this may very well be my last two-wheeled motorcycle purchase so I want to make sure I ge something I like and the Anniversary colors don't ring my bell.....at all!

I would've spent $10,000 in chrome and add-ons anyway. Well worth it for me. I'll just spend $5000 now.
