Nice ...Really like your Stage 1 choices . I have the same tuner and header as you .Liked the Rinehart 4"pipes but elected to go with JackPot 4" Slash Ups'. No right or wrong just "different strokes for different folks" . Any plans for a DYNO ?
WOW you're getting that with just pipes and a tuner on a stocker 110?
I'm calling Bull Chit.....there is no way a stock 110 CVO motor with just a tuner and exhaust combo will pull those numbers on a Dyno unless somebody is cooking the books.
93-98 Hp & 108 - 116 Tq are the ranges these motors with a tuner and pipes are known to produce.
Maybe this sheet was produced for "illustration" purposes opposed to reflecting an actual Dyno run on this bike.
Now if a 110 Stage 3 kit or an Andrews 57 Cam had been added to the mix then those numbers would be attainable.
Jswerve I know you've done your homework here too and on various web forums, what has your research shown?
No disrespect to the OP as maybe his Dealer has mislead him, but the reality is what it is.

I would expect about 95ish HP and 115ish Torq but didn't want to step on any toes lol

Not intentionally stepping on toes just pointing out the data we've all seen hundreds of times over the years pertainng to the capabilities of a 110 motor.
If anyone else takes this thread seriously and invests in this same set up as we know it to be at this point (pipes &tuner) and expects these results then they'll be extremely disappointed.
Heck a simple search on this forum or on CVOHarley.com will provide documentation enough of the 110 motors capabilities with various combinations. And nobody is north of 99Hp & 118Tq with pipes and tuner on a honest Dyno and even those numbers would be considered a "happy dyno" in ideal tuning conditions.
