I normally get 180 miles before I really need to fill up on an 02 SE roadking, I ride to work alot on the highway with the cruise set at 90mph usually at 5am.

my buds rides a 07 Custom and fills up aroun 190-200 miles?????? I'm lucky to get around 150 mi???
If you get 40, be happy. If you run hard, expect 32-35. IF it's tuned, that is. Completely stock will see 40 a lot.
Looking at the HD specs online they make the following claims: 07 UCEG 45 hwy 32 cty
08 "54 35
08 SEUC5336
Does the 06 SEUC 103 getany better mileage?
I've got an 06RK w/ SE 65115-98B s/o, Stg 1, 25deg TBs.
I've alsogiving lots of thought to keeping the 06 for a couple more yearsand just do the StageII with the SE203 cams for now, butmany caution me that it will make a big impact on mpg. On the hwy I cruise at about 72 most of the time and currently get about 45mpg when 2up. IfI crank it up to 80, mileage drops to about 36-34mpg.
You have some nice bikesgang. Thanks
Been giving some thought to buyingthe 08SEUC..I like the 110. Butreading this thread about the mileage ads a twist to it when comparing the HD propaganda.

Those who have the SEUC with a 110...if you are running pipes and a SERT/PCIII and not breaking 100TQ, you got a chitty tune. Also, the Ultra does NOT come with an SE air cleaner, even if your dealer/salesman said it did...he either doesn't know better, or he/she is lying. If you put pipes on, do the backplate with K&N filter, and get a good tune with either a SERT or PCIII, you should see numbers from 105 to 110 easily for TQ. The 110 does not put out the HP numbers of the 103, but is a bit better on the TQ side. 110 HP will be down in the low 90's or high 80's, depending on the pipe.
If you ride these bikes, expect fuel mileage in the 32-40 range, depending on how fast you ride. The head design on the 103/110 Screaming Eagle CVO motors is extremely inefficient in it's design. The only way to fix that is to get new heads or have the stock heads reworked.
My '07 FXDSE just received a new set of Vance & Hines Big Radius pipes and a SERT and 5 hours on the dyno now giving me 96 HP and 144 ft. lb. of torque to the rear wheel. That's the good news......... :-)
The bad news is that she's a gas hog now ! But alas, that my friends is the price we pay for bat-outta-hell performance cause she absolutely flies !!!
Remap, Rolled Thunder pipes and Hi Flow Air Filter. Pretty much stock 59,000 miles
