does anybody check mpg on se ultra? I have about 475 miles on mine I'm getting 36 mpg. Its still in the break in stage and I plan a stage one upgrade. This was mainley highway miles. I've read the thread on touring models, just wonderingwhat the 110 will get when broken in and stage 1 installed, or stock.
My '07 FXDSE just received a new set of Vance & Hines Big Radius pipes and a SERT and 5 hours on the dyno now giving me 96 HP and 144 ft. lb. of torque to the rear wheel. That's the good news......... :-)
The bad news is that she's a gas hog now ! But alas, that my friends is the price we pay for bat-outta-hell performance cause she absolutely flies !!!
I got my Ultra on Feb 3rd. Had Rinehart true duels, Sert, and stage one....I now have over 2000 miles. Usually get about 44 mpg. If I stay around 60 to 65 I get around 50mpg. If I run 75 to 80 I get about 40mpg. I guess the wind resistance if tough the faster ya go.
That's pretty good mileage. I have RTD's, SE Air Cleaner, SERT and a dyno and I usually see anything from 35-42 mpg. 50mpg makes me wonder how lean you are running?
I have an '06 CUSE and I usually get around 32-35. I got 38 on the highway cruising for almost a whole tank at 62 recently. I'm running the SE breather, SE race fueler, and took off the SE pipes and went with '06 stockers. That probably means I'm running a little rich, but oh the low end torque!

144TQ?!!!!!! That's either a typo or a happy dyno. 114TQ would be more like it.
