Ok I deep down don’t give a crap what other people think. ( so why this thread?) for fun....
However, I was out on a ride today and mentioned changing bikes to a 15 Street Glide CVO and holy crap did I open up the gates of ball bust’n.
I got so much s^*t and comments like, what’s wrong with you. I guess if you got something to prove than go for it. those things are a waste of money...etc...
Now all my friends know, I have had Flat heads, Pan heads Shovels & Evo’s, heck. I have built a few bikes in the past. I showed most of them how to repair their bikes & have rescued a few from the side of the road.
But I was so shocked at the jealousy, and the comments. All I could say is hey” if I have to explain it, you wouldn't understand”.
They keep giving me crap so I came back with “just because I can afford one don’t blame me”.
However, that just made them feel bad.
Therefore, to all your wise guys & gals out there I ask you. Got any good comebacks for me to have? some ammo next time they see me on my CVO?
just some fun ones don't want to make my sensitive bros hurt,,, just because they don't have the same income level or see the value and passion for a CVO that I have.
Just looking for that one come back to shut them up....LOL
When I bought my 2012 CVO Street Glide, I told people I bought it because I hated the white faces on all of the gauges on the regular Street Glides. Once they realized that I was not going to waste time explaining/justifying how I spent my money they left me alone.
