1982 FXR Exhaust Brackets
Anyone know where I might find these parts??
Thanks.
Have you tried looking at the same part # for early EVO FXRs (up to 86 I think have the same clutch arm cover)?
If you find the part# check a Dealership... if not available to them, they can do a nationwide search and tell you if anybody has it
I make my own 2 into 1 exhaust - for whatever reason I cant post pictures ,,if you give me your email i'll show you how I mount mine.
the thing with making your own is the pipes ALWAYS fit to the head perfect - I use a clamshell type of clamp in the front and mount to the rear-- this cleans up the look as well as makes it strong and adjustable

I have made several of them -- I have one on a 80" evo that has lots of other stuff done to it - it dynos @ 93hp and 96ftlbs
mine fit never a leak - dyno proven

One is shovel and early Evo, one is Evo. Not sure what's the difference, both should work
They are reliable, out in Netherlands
Otherwise make your own... no big deal. 2 anchor points on the tranny cover, L bent and a P clamp to the header
