IF ITS OK WITH YOU,, I HAVE THIS ON HAND -- ITS ONLY 900 HP
Looks a bit Heavy... Friend has a Buick v6 in his "Chopper"
tends to smoke the Local Boss Hoss's around these Parts....Course... my little Modified Ironhead smokes 'em both...especially in the 1/8... prolly wayyyy different in the 1/2 mile tho...
No Big, I have the anti rattle plates in there now and I've found more than one ball bearing in the outer primary on occasion.
These are the plates. eBay item # 323257856953
I've got the stock pressure plate.
those are going to be noisy -- rattle-rattle at a stop -- the anti rattles don't fall out unless they are old - or mis-aligned -- the aluminum pressure plate spreads the grip on the plates more even well worth the $20
today we stared 3 we did with just the clutch FL has bought all kick only and 2 open primary and even with my hearing aid turned up I could not hear them rattle -- going to make an appointment to get mega phones next ------ aaaaayyyy woud u say

I would like to see the dyno sheet on that engine because 900 seems pretty optimistic (for lack of other terms) for a N/A SBC. Nascar can't even manage that number, maybe you should give them some advice.
Should have been an Anti-rattle Ball on top of that Sping, Every other "notch" should have them in fact..
Never seen one come out before... except if the steel was installed backwards... should say "out" or some such, right on the plate..
The 'OUT' was 'OUT', they were installed correctly.
