I vote to keep the Curated Editor out of the Shovel and Pan Sections. Bike is proof that because you can doesnt mean you should...at least not with this engine design and configuration.

It mentions not knowing how the rods are connected to the crank but Im betting its a master rod setup like a radial engine. Can't see any other way to make it work and that would change the firing pulses and with 3 evenly spaced rods it would be smoother.
if I remember its 3 front rods and the ratio on the rockers was manipulated the third cylinder is at 1/ 2 its performance but it is 50 years ago the last time I seen one
Curious how the oil returns from the front head rocker box area thats lower than the pushrod tube.
probably teed off the suction line on the primary...
