in the 70s the guys from liberty cycles in jersey city built a panhead like that with 3 cylinders

Curious how the oil returns from the front head rocker box area thats lower than the pushrod tube.

I vote to keep the Curated Editor out of the Shovel and Pan Sections. Bike is proof that “because you can” doesn’t mean “you should”...at least not with this engine design and configuration.

Bike falls in line with the overly done Knuckle and the “sure to be instant 10K classics” in the General Chat section.

It mentions not knowing how the rods are connected to the crank but Im betting its a master rod setup like a radial engine. Can't see any other way to make it work and that would change the firing pulses and with 3 evenly spaced rods it would be smoother.

if I remember its 3 front rods and the ratio on the rockers was manipulated the third cylinder is at 1/ 2 its performance but it is 50 years ago the last time I seen one
