Default Springer brakes

I've decided to go with a Paughco springer for my shovel. I have some time before it shows up, so I'm trying to work out the other details in the meantime. They sell their own PM brake kit I'd rather not use. It seems nobody makes and aftermarket caliper that uses oem pads. Is there such a setup? I'm not into a bunch of flash; I just want something that works and looks decent. I've also considered a fabkevin setup.

I haven't ordered an axle yet, but I do have a 21" wheel to go on it. What are my options?
