let my bike set for about three months now my carberetor won't stop over feed gas to the cylinders will appreciate any advice

 

If I read this correctly you have a float that is sticking

 

Sometimes tapping the fuel bowl with the handle of a screwdriver will cause the float to move and shut off the gas. You may have to drop the fuel bowl and replace the needle and seat, and set the float height to specs.(usually done with carb off so it can be turned upside down for proper set) Carburetor

 

Couple of questions?. Did it run like this before you swapped out the cams and what is the compression ratio on the motor?
