Default Superglide high beam indicator

I have a 1984 FXEF Fat Bob Superglide. I have done a ton of work on the old girl this winter. The other day the High Beam Indicator on the dash went out. Does the blue lens that says High Beam on it screw out and then the bulb gets changed from the top, or do I have to pull the dash and change it from the bottom? I don't want to take the dash off if I don't have to. I know or at least think that my 1976 FXE had the lens screw off to change the bulb, but that one had serrations around the edge. My 1984 does not have them. It is cold and no heat in the garage. Pretty sick of winter. I did get two 25 mile shakedown runs last week. It may hit 60 in a week here; single digits tonight though!

I just replaced the whole assembly on my '81 FXB. I tried to remove the red plastic lens and my pliars crumbled the edges. Purchased a whole assembly with new lens and bulb. My bulb was pretty deep in the hole, not sure how you would ever get a grip on it even if your lens came off. Also, my new ASM bulb is brighter than the original was. If I had it to do over I would have verified the bulb number before I put the dash back on.

Oh I know it isn't hard, but it is cold and I am getting a little bit tired of taking stuff off and possibly causing more problems is all, LOL! My high beam indicator was plenty bright as well. I can't seem to locate the high beam indicator assembly or bulb in my factory parts book. I doubt there is any mention in the factory service manual, but I will take a look. Thanks.

ETA: I found it in the parts book. It has it's own separate page for the Indicator Lights. I never could find it in the Dashboard section and didn't know why.
