83 Low Rider. I have replaced the OEM 71425-77T ignition switch with the replacement you get that is probably made overseas and are not holding up. Vibration is probably killing the switch. Anybody out there that has had good luck with an after market switch. Usually I lose the side that switches the headlamp and taillight.
I relocated my ignition switch to the horn bolt, And a push button on the dash with a relay underneath for the load. I never used ACC so its On or its Off
