That looks pretty complete but of course all china made, as mentioned by johnjzjz
I actually am helping a guy get a '79 FLH put together, and there was a lot of electric start parts missing so am using JP to get.
No chance of getting OEM from Ebay or craigslist?

You could work towards the end idea of putting it back to electric start
NY is a very small town so i have no idea your location to point you to events that could get you close in buying
but you need to know what your looking for - jp cycles buys all the early stuff from V twin as he is the importer for china - just so you know
