Here she is my new to me one owner Lowrider , it has sat partially disassembled heads were off since 2006 the previous owner took it apart no one knows why but I did find a busted ring when I pulled the cylinder's off. The previous owner had the heads blasted and new bronze guides without ability to install seals . In the 80's I worked 5 years at a HD dealer as a mechanic and just by luck I found that my old service manager now has his own independent machine shop specializing in Knuckle's, Pan's and anything antique Harley so I naturally went to him for machine work he is really good with probably close to 50 years working on HD's. . Anyway the heads now have new guides, valves and seals. The cylinders were out of round which was a surprise to me cause the speedo shows 23,000 miles we went 10 over on the bores with aftermarket pistons with Hastings rings. The machinist said the aftermarket pistons are nothing more the Screaming Eagle pistons in their original manufacture box in other words Screaming Eagles are just reboxed imports . after the top end is back on I will pull both primaries for cleaning the clutch and new tranny seals after that I will see what I have fore all I know the bottom end could be shot too (But I think not) , if it runs good I will service everything else and search out a new stock grind cam. Things I need are pipes, a carb so any suggestions? I like the look of SS Super E and also the SU , but that said I do have several Evo carbs left over from the 80's so maybe one of those would be a good carb? Here she is when I brought her home
After I pulled the rear cylinder I found this
Buststed ring rear cylinder glad its only two pieces 😊

The current old dry rotted tires on the bike are 130/90-16 rear and 3.50-19 H. Can some one tell me why I can't find Goodyear Eagles or Dunlop RWL tires in these sizes?
Sitting still that long the swing arm bearing races are dented from no movement - pull it and swap out new ones will save the the scare in that corner when they jump in and out of the ditches in the races - use like a Lucas red grease
