If you are lucky, the master cylinder bore is good and the seals can be replaced. But as old as it is, it may have wear that prevents the rubber from sealing. Only way to know is to take it apart and see.

The calipers move less sure but they still chatter whenever youre not on the front brakes. Am I looking at a whole front brake rebuild? as i said grease on the slider pins fixed my rattle. my front brakes were useless old pads looked good put in new organic pads cleaned the discs and brakes now work perfect
Great idea, just found some NOS ones on ebay. I also ordered a master cylinder rebuild kit, new pads, caliper piston seals, rotors and caliper mounting bolts.
If this doesn't take care of everything and give me some nice crisp front brakes there's bigger issues! haha.
