Alrighty update! So I replaced the rotors, fork bushings, caliper bolts, rebuilt the calipers (new bleeders, piston seals, pads, shims and pins) and the master cylinder and everything works great! Rode the bike back and forth to work for a few days and took it on a longer 50 minute ride, loving every second. There is a bit of motor noise I'm trying to narrow down, can't tell if its lifters or something in the lower end or transmission. Only had a few issues shifting past second into neutral, and trying to get to neutral when I want to, haha. Other than that there seems to be a minor oil leak coming from the kicker cover and sometimes (rarely) the start button does nothing. So I imagine that is an issue with the button or the wiring.

Which are great on O.E. Cast Rotors!!! and will Not wear the Rotors out prematurely.
With Stainless Rotors, I would go Sintered...I have Not needed Carbon Fiber...and still think it is a "sales pitch" ..."buzzword"... But IDK
I got all my parts from Dennis Kirk, so I got v-twin organic pads with v-twin plain rotors.
Also I'm think the noise is probably my lifters are bit loose, I've never adjusted them before so I'm going to hold off until I've got someone around with more expertise.
