How about the old 5 quart oil change. You know drain and clean tank, refill with fresh oil remove return line at tank, extend it to a container then start the engine and wait for clean oil to come out (about a quart.) Shut engine down put line back on fill oil tank back up, drop in filter (assuming drop in filter). Job done.

my idea is to drain the oil as well at the supply line to the pump.disconect the supply line from the pump to the oil cooler. then take the spark plugs out .install new filter and oil then crank it over untill clean oil comes out of the line to the cooler. in the meantime remove the cooler and clean. it runs a belt primary so no oil feed to the primary
Just start the bike, let it run for 5 or 10 minutes to warm the oil up so it flows better and then change the oil. Put a little oil in the new filter before you put it on and you are done
