Here is what I am working with to start the build. I will weld on a suspension because the Houston area's roadways can be rough.
As Racepres said, or , what I used to do when I had that situation was take it to a local guy who built frames (stockers and chops) and get him to weld on his rear vertical section that were all steel. He'd get them all squared up too.
If that is the entire "basket" me thinks better to Buy a Bike!!!
