Perhaps you missed the "My choice". You run whatever you want, I'll stick with the VR1.

im told by a mc mech i should only use mineral based oil or semi synthetic. never full synthetic ? thanks

I too run dyno oil in my older bikes. Yet another reason I choose the VR1. That offer it in both conventional and synthetic.
