^^^ Nope...tried it... electrically 12 v on two Poles. Purple and Brown on other two.. Effectively two simple on off toggles Ganged side by side. Ends up, Purple and Brown tied to flasher 12v (green)..but...cant tie brown and purple together (so any old switch would work...because then (electrically) they are always tied together.. again...two simple toggles, ganged..
I can Draw it...much better than explain it. Easiest to use a Relay and a simple on off toggle.. now, where/how to mount the relay??

DPDT on-on, is what it is. No middle position.

This may be the time to update the whole flasher operation. I found a company that makes a module that makes directionals flash without holding buttons down. Have to check into this. From what I remember it’s color coded to match stock harness. I’m not very good with electrical so have no idea how big a relay would be. Placing it in the nacelle seems the best option.

Seems like it...But...for some reason I recall it Not Working.. I will look at it Schematically to see and report.
OK...I was apparently Wrong..DPDT looks workable..ie "Ganged Toggle" while double pole, single throw is even Better maybe..

This should work,

If you look here, I did a wiring diagram that has the front wiring similar to a 73 shovel with 65 pan back end..

Badlands make the module you seek, it is similar in size to and evo ecu and fits under the seat on most bikes. They get hot, so mount it where it can bleed off the heat or it will just melt.
