spark plug time serts
The Previous owner doubled the serts in the plug hole then put antiseize on the threads just to make sure the serts didn't stick. i need an oversized sert kit to fix this now any suggestions?

I've found something similar to be what I would call "Repaired Right" Done tons of #3VW cylinders with them. I used to buy them at my local shop but I have not seen them for years. I'd feel fine with a timesert. just measure the hole before starting. iv the hole is bigger than 16.9mm then you need to weld and retap.
Get the motor to right before top dead center...fill cylinder with shaving cream.
use the oversize tap to get the threads in place for the insert. insert insert. drive pin down the outside. finish turning the motor over to TDC and the shaving cream will blow any shavings out.
