Pops out Carb

I have cked for a leak by spraying carb cleaner around the intake ect, it only pops at around 2200 rpm so I would say a short would not only be at 1 rpm, both cyl were the same comp so wouldn't that rule out a broken valve spring ?

What air gap is set at .004, the plugs? Does the bike have points and condenser or electronic ignition?

based on your black plugs
back plugs = fouling rich
put a new set of plugs in.
if the problem goes away you need to change spark plug heat range carb jetting or both because it will be jest a matter of time till the new plugs foul
back plugs = fouling oiled if shinny
rings or guides shot
my bike would start to foul plugs a low rpm so i would give it hell and the problem would go away but would return each time worse and sooner than the last.
if i let the bike warm up using the ss carb inrichiner buy the end of the day the plugs are fouled
to fix my plug fouling problem i only use the ss carb inrichiner to start and the throttle lock to keep it idling till warm
