Well if it is a FL it is a low production number. Total FL for 70 came in around 1200 units; FLH around 5400. First year cone motor, still had a $hitty carb.
Suppose it is worth what one is willing to pay and at that, a lot depends on how close to stock it is.

Paint is just that...paint. Kinda like chrome...might get you laid but sure as hell won't get you home!
Leaky brakes on front?...as in disc?... tells you right there it is NOT stock because they were not an option for that year.
W/O pics you could pay 2500-4000 and be in the ballpark.
I have seen running shovels this day and age not it the best of shape sell for as little as $2,000. But the buyer did drive them home. 1970 did not come from the factory with front hydraulic brakes.
