Need a place to start
My first time posting here so HI to everyone. I have a 74 FLH and I want to put a 42mm Mikuni carb on it to replace the S&S Super B. A friend give me the carb awhile back and I have no idea what it came off of, but I'm sure I'm going to have to do some jetting. My motor is pretty much stock. Stock compression with .000 over pistons. Stock cam with solid lifters and 36" open drag pipes. I would like to know what size jets another bike is using. This would at least give me a close starting point Thanks

Hit their web site and download the manual for it , you'll need it to get all the little tweaks right and tuning the Mikuni is lot more complicated than the S&S , it's pretty complete is plain English . Once they are dialed makes for a good carb .
