If the starter relay tests bad you could take the old relay to an auto parts store and show them what you want.
If they don't have one or you want to get it from a motorcycle shop, then here's a couple part #'s.
The HD part # is 71463-73A.
Custom Chrome Inc. part # is 25004.

I replaced the relay and still no juice, can not start it at the handle bar push button,i start it at the starter silinod with a screwdriver big pain in the *** have to take off the rear tail pipe every time.
Harbri, Did you test the relay before you replaced it?
If you have tested the start button, starter relay and their wiring/connections and they are good then the next thing to check is the starter solenoid.
When you use your screwdriver to start the bike, do you make a connection between the large terminal on the solenoid with the battery positive cable and the small terminal on the solenoid?
Harbri --- It's an XLCH ! It's a "Kicker" ... it ain't suppose to have a starter on it .... maybe the scooter just realized that too and decided to take a break ... I'm just sayin' ...
