bent valve rear head

the cam is an Andrews AB grind http://www.nightrider.com/biketech/h...l_bydur_ql.htm
installed a new valve, piston to valve clearance is 0.185
looks like the exhaust valve contacted the intake valve
there is a v cut into the guide but I don't know how to should face?
Looks like when it heats up the valves touch on overlap? I didn't think that could happen, and how can I stop it?

valve to valve interference on overlap
Yes, valve to valve clearance is another place that needs to be measured and maintained at least .060" ... you can check it with a .060" wire through the spark plug hole on overlap, both valves fully open and the lifters have to be adjusted to solid to assure full lift. You can gain more clearance by either cutting down the outside diameter of either valve, or sinking them deeper into the head by cutting down the seat.

a andrews BH in a 93" engine?? find a sifton 468S .445 lift yes its a solid lift cam but its not noisy -- the hyd lifters are NOT -- NOT an effective medium between cam and valves --- 1 good rpm will destroy the valve train -- also i use rowe seats and guides -- cast iron guides -- and ferrea valves -- whatever
