There are a few good deals on a flatside, but you have to be vigilant and jump on it when it pops up.
Here's a 68 FLH a friend picked up a few yrs back for $6k. He said the seller screwed up on the wording in his ad which he believes scared any potential buyers away. After a few emails, phone calls and asking a lot of question, a few days later he headed 200 miles north to pick it up. All he had to do was new head gaskets, correct speedo, he didn't like the wiring so he put in a new wiring harness. Runs excellent.
i am bringing a 1967 flat side that was in a chicken coup 25years and its very original we are asking 8 but would take 7500 to Hebron CT -
SE PA is around a 3 hour ride to central CT next week end ever been to an AMCA event get is free riding an antique

I'll ask my friend about your 67. I'm sure he'll be interested. Maybe he'll take it off your hands before Hepron, make your load heading up a little lighter. Does it run ?
I'll pm you his email addy and you send pix of it.
