Default rigid frame software

Hello Everyone - Kinda new to this forum, so here goes. I run a 100" shovel in a swingarm frame, and after 33 years I've decided to slap the drive train in a rigid frame. BUT - I need to design the frame with the correct rake and stretch before I cough up a ton of scratch for something that's "pretty close". I have done a lot of searching on the web, but I can't find anything that allows me to stretch and rake the frame to see how it changes the stance of the bike. There's gotta be someone out there who has the correct software to do this. Can anybody steer me in the right direction? Thanks in advance!
