you want black tubes? i dont know if powder coated would be smooth enough for sliders. or are you just looking for covers? you would have to get anodized tubes. or get yours anodized. or the gold is TiNi coated. (Titanium nitride) kinda pricey

I just want my entire fork black I am open to any option that is quality and looks good.
How would powdercoating work with the fork traveling wouldn't it rub?
I have seen 48s with full black forks just not sure how they achieved it

Correct, powdercoating would not hold up on the slider part, ok at the top.
Most achieve the black-out with gaiters on the sliders and either
vinyl, a tube, or leather covers to hide the top. Here's a bit
dated pic of my OL's Iron with gaiters/leather covers for example....
The covers are velco'd together so they come off for times when we want
to install the QD windshield...

that's a beautiful bike.
I really like the look of the bellows / bobber boot (I think that's what its called) I want to put one on my 48.
^^I love the Lowbrow fork shrouds, however to run them on a 48 you'll have to shave off the fender brackets. I bought a spare set of legs and am shaving off the fender tabs and smoothing them out to run Lowbrow Shrouds on my 48.
Pic stolen from google but you can see the fender tabs are removed.
