Wondering how does the stock fairing compare in size and usefulness to say a memphis shades cafe or gauntlet or a arlen ness fairing? Anyone swapped theirs out?
I'm thinking something that came up a bit higher might be an improvement, the stock fairing seems more about looks than usefulness.
I went with the HD 1/4. I like it much better, and it does a bit better job of keeping the wind off my chest.
Finally have my bike 98% complete. Have different bag mounts coming and race tech suspension should be installed this weekend. The only thing left after that is a boat load of airbrush work, but it'll be a year before I can do that.

Looks damn Good! I'm seriously torn between these hard bags or clamshells. Are you happy with them? Where'd you get yours from, JD ? it's a bit of a process trying not to blow my wad with all the parts I want at once but bassani and bags are next.

I love the bags. It feels like there is more bag space with these than there was on my roadie. I got them from bigalscycles.com and I it took about 8-10 weeks to get them. Definitely worth the wait.
