Just heat up that little logo badge with a hair dryer and it peels right off and leaves no residue.. done it with all of my LRS shields.
I have multiple shields. High, low, tinted and not. The logo always bothered me. Thanks they all came right off. I never wanted to scratch the shield. Worked great. I just put my Elite on and there are same marks on the top right like from a blade. Emailed LRS don't see a problem. But check it out. on the pic.
I have the 10" clear and hated it. I look through the top few inches and do to the curveature everything is distorted. My fault for ordering the wrong size. Had it on for about 30 min. PM me if your interested in it.
Did you take the film off? if you didn't return it even if you did call them. the company is great about that type of stuff. i had a 12" on my 07 and told them i messed up after riding around block couldn't see through it and was in my line of sight and they took it back and helped me figure out the 10" would be better. got it on and love it and im 6'4.

Great customer service! LRS's sent me a replacement with a RMA and a label to send back defective shield. Great company to do business with A++
I bought a 10 inch ultra and it was to tall so I bought a 8 inch and it is the perfect height I will keep the 10 and use it next winter the extra height isn't a deal breaker these are a value when compared to HD thanks LRS
